Clean Energy Implementation Plan

In 2019, Washington passed the Clean Energy Transformation Act (CETA), committing the state to a 100% clean electricity supply by 2045. Clean energy under CETA means power that does not release greenhouse gases as it is generated - such as hydropower, solar, wind, geothermal, hydrogen, and certain biomass resources.

If you feel you have a valid claim for damages against the PUD, in accordance with RCW 4. 96. 020, claims for damages against the PUD must be filed with the PUD’s designated agent.
