Notice of Public Hearing on Proposed Electric and Community Network System Rate and Fee Adjustments

The Board of Commissioners of Public Utility District No. 1 of Pend Oreille County has scheduled a public hearing for the discussion of the proposed Electric System and Community Network System rate and fee adjustments.

The public hearing will take place at 9:30 a.m., March 3, 2026, during the regular meeting of the Board of Commissioners. The hearing will be held at the PUD’s Administration Building, in the Newport Conference Room, located at 130 N. Washington Avenue, in Newport, WA and virtually via Microsoft Teams.

The PUD’s Board Meetings are held virtually via Microsoft Teams as well as in-person in Newport or at Box Canyon.

The Board of Commissioners typically meet at 8:30 a.m. on the first and third Tuesday of each month in Newport and at 8:30 a.m. on any fifth Tuesday of the month at Box Canyon Dam.
