Notice is hereby given that a Special Meeting of the Board of Commissioners of Public Utility District No. 1 of Pend Oreille County will be held at 4:00 p.m., on Friday, July 26, 2019, at the Newport Administration Building, Newport Conference Room, 130 N. Washington Avenue, in Newport, Washington. The purpose of the Special Meeting is to have an Executive Session on Pending and/or Potential Litigation.
