Notice is hereby given that a virtual Special Meeting of the Board of Commissioners of Public Utility District No. 1 of Pend Oreille County will be held at 3:00 p.m. on Wednesday, August 26, 2020.
The purpose of the Special Meeting is to have a 30-minute executive session on pending and/or potential litigation followed by an open session for the Board to consider two action items:
- Settlement Agreement with J.W. Fowler Company and Liberty Mutual Insurance Company; and
- Extension of Power Supply Agreement for Ponderay Newsprint Company Site
The public is invited to attend and to be heard.
