Notice is hereby given that a Special Meeting of the Board of Commissioners of Public Utility District No. 1 of Pend Oreille County will be held from 8:30 - 11:30 a.m., on Tuesday, August 11, 2020, via Microsoft Teams.
The purpose of the Special Meeting is to have a 2-hour open session to discuss Ponderay Newsprint Company closure impact efforts and budget followed by a 1-hour Executive Session on Pending and/or Potential Litigation. No final action will be taken.
